Here at KozeePet, we pride ourselves on getting orders processed and out to customers, quickly and efficiently. All orders received before 2pm will be shipped the same day and on most occasions, will be delivered on the next working day. Smaller orders under £50 are shipped via Royal Mail Tracked 48 and are usually delivered in 2-3 working day.

All orders over the value of £250 (ex VAT) will receive free shipping.

Single item dropship orders under £20 (ex VAT), shipping is £3.25 + VAT (£3.90)

Orders under £50 (ex VAT), shipping is £5.95 + VAT (£7.14)

Orders under £250 (ex VAT), shipping is £9.95 + VAT (11.94)

All orders are sent tracked and an email will be sent out that day to let you know which courier was used and the tracking number for your order. Please note, most couriers do not deliver on Saturday or Sunday so if your order was dispatched on Friday, it will be arriving on Monday.
